King Kong went with me to the Netherlands (also called Holland) to Schiphol Airport at Amsterdam city, their he saw a huge cow, which is very tippical for the Netherlands.

From Amsterdam he went to Apeldoorn, a city in the middle of the Netherlands where he staid in my house in a small village with a lot of forrest around. The house is in a block and attached to a lot of other houses in a row. Called a 'rowhouse'. At the family they have a cat called cleo and king kong and cleo became friends.

King kong eats a lot of cheese, he loves the Dutch cheese and the milk! Also they eat a lot of dark brown bread. For dinner he got all different kinds of food, potatoes,rice,pasta,pizza and a lot of vegetables.

After a week he traveled to the big city Utrecht by train. This is a city with a lot of students and a big University. tThis is a picture from the airport in Amsterdam, if you look closely you can see Amsterdam CS(central station) on the blue sign above!

The city of Utrecht looks a bit like Amsterdam with all the old historical buildings, the big church and the litle canals in the city called 'grachten' with small bridges crossing it. There are a lot of bicycles in Utrecht, almost all the people there drive on a bike. The city is big in the Netherlands but very different from San Jose and a bit smaller! Their are less high buildings and flats then in San Jose.

Well we have to go and experiece a lot of new adventures!
